Erin Mosse is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who works with adults navigating grief and loss, depression, anxiety, life transitions, disordered eating, ADHD, bipolar disorder, and divorce. Her clinical work emphasizes helping individuals explore both emotional patterns and underlying experiences that shape wellbeing and relationships.
Erin approaches therapy through a psychodynamic lens while integrating evidence-based modalities including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Internal Family Systems. She also incorporates systemic, cultural, and social context into treatment, creating a holistic and inclusive therapeutic experience tailored to each individual’s needs.
She has worked across a range of treatment environments including dual diagnosis residential treatment programs, hospice settings supporting grief and bereavement, and specialized eating disorder treatment centers. Erin is also trained in Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy and supports individuals in integrating ketamine treatment experiences to enhance therapeutic insight and emotional healing.
Erin views therapy as an opportunity to slow down and reflect, particularly during periods when life feels overwhelming or uncertain. She helps clients develop insight, strengthen coping skills, and build resilience while reconnecting with their values and sense of meaning.
Erin earned her Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from California State University, Long Beach and her Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute. Outside of her clinical work, she enjoys swimming, spending time in nature, and exploring creative practices such as art and poetry.
