Services we offer at Salma Health

SAINT®

SAINT (Stanford Accelerated Intelligent Neuromodulation Therapy) is a breakthrough, FDA-cleared treatment for depression designed for people who haven’t found relief through medication or therapy. Using advanced brain imaging and accelerated magnetic stimulation, SAINT targets the specific areas of the brain involved in mood regulation, offering rapid, non-invasive results in just five days. If you’re living with treatment-resistant depression or seeking a medication-free option, SAINT may be right for you.

Conditions

  • Major Depressive Disorder (MDD)
  • Treatment Resistant Depression (TRD)
Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) Therapy

When symptoms persist despite therapy or medication, some people look for a treatment that’s targeted, clinic-based, and doesn’t require daily oral medication. TMS therapy fits that next-step conversation: it’s delivered in a series of brief sessions, is generally well-tolerated, and is often used when depression or OCD hasn’t improved enough with standard care.

Spravato® (Eskatamine)

When depression hasn’t improved enough with standard treatments, some people consider an in-clinic option that works differently from traditional antidepressants. Esketamine (SPRAVATO®) is delivered under clinical supervision in scheduled sessions, with monitoring before and after each dose.

Neurological Assessment

Cognitive testing is a set of standardized, evidence-based tests that measure core cognitive domains: memory, attention, language, executive function, problem solving, and processing speed. At Salma Health, we use cognitive testing to identify strengths and weaknesses in brain function.

Botox® for migraines

Botox (onabotulinumtoxinA) is an FDA-approved treatment that uses tiny doses of purified protein to safely and effectively block overactive nerve signals. While it is widely known for cosmetic uses, Botox has important medical applications in neurology and pain management including:

  • Chronic migraine prevention
  • Cervical dystonia (abnormal neck muscle contractions)
  • Spasticity related to conditions such as stroke, brain injury or multiple sclerosis
  • Facial pain and other neurological disorders
Medication Management

Medication management is a personalized, evidence-based approach to using psychiatric medications to help improve brain health and emotional well-being. For many people, medications are an important part of treatment for conditions such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, ADHD and other mood or behavioral health conditions.

Infusions

Anti–beta-amyloid monoclonal antibody treatments, including Leqembi® (lecanemab-irmb) and Kisunla® (donanemab-azbt), are FDA-approved options for early Alzheimer’s disease (mild cognitive impairment or mild dementia due to AD) with confirmed beta-amyloid pathology. These therapies are initiated as intravenous (IV) infusions to reduce beta-amyloid plaques; after 18 months of IV therapy, Leqembi can transition to maintenance dosing either as monthly IV infusions or as weekly subcutaneous injections (LEQEMBI IQLIK). By lowering amyloid burden, they aim to slow clinical decline.
