I used to be a Kaizen Brain Center patient. Do I need to do anything for the transition to Salma Health?

You do not need to do anything for the transition! Your medical records, care team and treatment plan have all transitioned seamlessly to Salma Health. You’ll continue seeing the same clinicians and receiving the same quality care. now enhanced by expanded diagnostics, services and support.

Why is Kaizen Brain Center now Salma Health?

Kaizen Brain Center has joined Salma Health as part of a broader effort to build an integrated system for advanced brain and mental health care. Salma combines Kaizen’s clinical expertise with expanded technology, research, and coordinated care, bringing all aspects of brain health under one name and one roof.

Will my clinician change?

No. You’ll continue seeing the same clinician you know and trust. Our entire care team remains in place under Salma Health, ensuring your treatment continues seamlessly.

What if my insurance was under Kaizen Brain Center, will it still be accepted?

Yes. All insurance contracts and billing arrangements from Kaizen Brain Center continue under Salma Health. Your coverage, benefits and authorizations remain valid, and there’s no action needed on your part. You’ll still have access to the same care team, services and locations, now under the Salma Health name.
