Dr. Shareh Ghani is a board-certified psychiatrist dedicated to delivering compassionate, evidence-based adult mental health care. His approach is grounded in trauma-informed principles and a biopsychosocial framework, integrating psychiatric evaluation, psychotherapy, and interventional treatment within coordinated care plans.

With extensive experience in outpatient psychiatry, he specializes in the treatment of mood disorders including major depressive disorder and bipolar disorder, schizophrenia spectrum disorders, OCD and anxiety disorders, personality disorders, ADHD, and substance use disorders. He also provides advanced treatment options such as Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation and esketamine for individuals experiencing treatment-resistant depression.

Dr. Ghani previously served for ten years as Medical Director overseeing 19 Assertive Community Treatment teams in Phoenix, Arizona, supporting individuals with serious and persistent mental illness. His background in managed care leadership, quality improvement, and predictive analytics informs his commitment to measurable outcomes and clinical excellence.
