Laura Kendall is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and United States Army veteran. She earned her Master of Social Work from California State University, Monterey Bay, where she also completed her undergraduate degree in Social and Behavioral Sciences.

Laura works with adults navigating anxiety, depression, grief, relationship challenges, and major life transitions, including postpartum changes and other periods of adjustment in adulthood. She also enjoys supporting veterans and brings a personal understanding of military experiences to her work, helping create a sense of connection and trust.

Her therapeutic style is warm, relational, and practical. Laura believes therapy should be a space where individuals can speak openly about what they are experiencing without judgment or pressure. She prioritizes building a strong therapeutic alliance, recognizing that trust and safety are essential for meaningful progress.

In her work, Laura helps clients recognize patterns, develop healthier coping strategies, and reconnect with their strengths.
