This new chapter truly focuses on helping his clients find healthier ways to craft and share their stories.
Eric has extensive experience working with young adults navigating complex trauma, anxiety, depression, homelessness, and identity exploration, particularly within the LGBTQIA+ and other historically marginalized communities. He is dedicated to creating safe, affirming spaces where individuals can heal and grow.
His therapeutic style is eclectic and client-centered, integrating modalities like CBT, DBT, Narrative Therapy, Internal Family Systems, art therapy, mindfulness, and somatic practices. Eric values psychoeducation and enjoys helping clients understand how their brains and bodies work together, empowering them with practical tools for emotional regulation and self-advocacy. He believes therapy, while serious, can also be creative and engaging, and he’s known for weaving unique therapeutic “homework” into sessions, such as poetry, cooking, or other creative projects.
Outside the office, Eric enjoys indie-films and music, cooking, gardening, exploring LA’s vibrant food scenes, and relaxing with his husband over classic shows like Murder, She Wrote and Golden Girls and even animated TV series like Avatar and Adventure Time.
