Air Kessler, ACSW earned his Master of Social Work from the University of Southern California in 2023. His personal and professional journey inspired a career transition toward supporting adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, and identity-related challenges.

With experience across educational and healthcare settings, Air brings a grounded, systems-informed perspective to his work. He integrates evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Narrative Exposure Therapy, tailoring interventions to each individual’s clinical presentation and treatment goals.

Air also incorporates movement-based approaches into his therapeutic framework. As a trained surf therapist, he has completed specialized training in ocean-based healing practices and recognizes the role of physical activity in supporting emotional regulation, resilience, and overall well-being. When clinically appropriate, he integrates somatic and movement-informed techniques to complement traditional psychotherapy.

Within Ocean Psychiatry: A Salma Health affiliated clinic, Air collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to ensure therapy aligns with coordinated treatment plans and long-term stability. His approach emphasizes safety, adaptability, and empowering clients with practical tools to support meaningful and sustained growth.
