Jill Fleming is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a member of the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists. She earned her undergraduate degree from San Francisco State University and her master’s in Clinical and Social Psychology from New College of California in San Francisco.
Jill began her career in Alameda County providing services to adults living with chronic mental illness. She later spent nearly two decades at Kaiser Permanente in Redwood City, where she managed the Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for adults with significant psychiatric challenges and led the Regional Eating Disorders Intensive Outpatient Program (EDIOP) for adults and teens.
At Salma Health, Jill continues her work supporting individuals navigating complex brain health disorders and leads Intensive Services. Her therapeutic approach is collaborative and compassionate, focused on helping each person build the insight and skills needed to create lasting change and a more fulfilling life.
