More support than therapy. Still fits your life.

Our Intensive Outpatient Program is designed to translate neuroscience into daily life, helping patients build stability, practice new skills, and create lasting change through consistent, evidence-based treatment. This approach supports progress that lasts beyond the program itself.
How we approach IOP
We provide structured, integrated care that brings therapy, psychiatry, and advanced treatments together in one connected plan designed around you.
Your intake and evaluation
You’ll start with a comprehensive intake to understand your symptoms, history, and goals, so we can determine the right level of care and build a personalized plan.
Insurance and coverage
Our team works with you to verify insurance and explain coverage upfront, so you understand your options before starting care.
What treatment looks like
You’ll participate in consistent, guided sessions multiple days per week, building skills, tracking progress, and adjusting care as you move forward.

What is an Intensive Outpatient Program?

Many people find their way to an Intensive Outpatient Program after realizing something isn’t working, but aren’t sure what comes next. You may feel stuck despite weekly therapy, or notice that symptoms are starting to interfere more with your daily life. For some, it looks like navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, or mood instability without enough support. For others, it’s a transition point after stepping down from inpatient or more intensive care, and needing structure to maintain progress.

IOP creates a middle ground between once-a-week care and higher levels of treatment. It offers consistent, connected support in a way that fits into your life, without requiring you to step away from it.
IOP is designed to support both immediate relief and long-term progress. The goal is not just to reduce symptoms, but to help you understand and shift the patterns that keep you feeling stuck. Through consistent care, patients build skills for emotional regulation, develop greater awareness of their experiences, and begin to function more fully in their day-to-day lives.
Over time, this work creates a foundation for more stable, sustained improvement.

We work with most major insurance companies.
