Dr. Nathan Chow is a licensed psychologist and the Special Director of the Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) at Salma Health. He brings a decade of specialized experience working with high-acuity populations across acute clinical settings, including IOPs and correctional health environments for both adults and juveniles. Previously, Dr. Chow also served as an Adjunct Faculty member at the University of San Francisco (USF).
At Salma Health, Dr. Chow leads intensive programming for individuals navigating complex psychiatric conditions, while also providing supervision and training to mental health clinicians. His clinical approach integrates evidence-based modalities—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)—with a direct, collaborative, and compassionate style.
